With
each indent the user must perform an action, either hit retrun, tab,
press OK etc. The action is obvious and does not need to be expressly

By numbering and indenting the next step, following a procedure is simple and greatly reduces the chance of loosing ones place or skipping an important step.
Technical AuthoringProducing good documentation for implementing and administrating networks will greatly reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO) of the network. Too often key information is stored in a Technicians head. Consequently when that person is unavailable through sickness, accident, holiday or when they leave the company, the business is placed at serious risk of disruption in the event of a network failure. Creating well written, easy to follow technical documents helps to remove the bottlenecks caused by too few people having the skills necessary to maintain the network. AtSpeed Networks have fine tuned the process of creating effective, easy to follow technical documents with which competent engineers can quickly get up to speed with even the most complex of tasks. By utilising the STIMULATE© method, key stage diagrams and the right balance of Why as well as How, engineers can quickly and effectively perform the tasks required to implement, maintain and troubleshoot network issues. AtSpeed Consulting have created technical documentation for some of the largest projects in the world. These documents have been used by engineers far and wide to implement and maintain critical network services. See how our technical authoring can help your organization better control its network.
